Franchise Development.

Our development process is designed to filter out imperfection. Long-term financial success of a franchisor is based on royalty income, not initial fees. Successful and happy franchisees follow your proven system and provide a consistent royalty stream for your organization. Our experts will work with you to design a proven candidate process that will yield excellent candidates and fill your Discovery events with only the best. If you choose, a team member will work directly with your candidates and provide regular progress reports. In short, we will serve as your Development Team.

International Expansion. 
If you have an interest in taking your brand internationally, our team consists of experts with decades of experience and clients in 65 countries around the world. We also work with broker networks and lead generation companies to generate international candidates for you. Our team will work with yours to determine the appropriate timing and a plan to move forward. International expansion can be time consuming and very expensive, so once it makes sense for you to consider, allow us to take much of that burden off of your internal staff.

We work with the top providers in the industry to help fill your pipeline with quality and qualified candidates. We also have excellent relationships with all of the franchise broker/franchise consultant networks and will work with them as appropriate to supplement your candidate pipeline. 

Additionally, if you've not already chosen a CRM, we've used them all and can advise on ideal choices for your specific needs.
Training Support. 
We will work with you to ensure that you have the best training resources in your industry. These can include written materials as well as video resources - again designed to make the lives of your staff easier. Great tools that are not only informative but also entertaining will make for a great training experience and ensure that your system is composed of amazing franchisees.

Simply put, no business can survive and thrive without a plan. Our experts will work with you so that no detail is missed. This may also include successor planning or preparing your business to entertain investors.




Event Representation.
The franchise industry hosts domestic and international events and expos typically on an annual basis. Franchisors use these opportunities primarily to get in front of candidates and achieve visibility, but also for education and to spend time with industry colleagues. Many of the broker/consultant networks also host their own events. One or more of our experts can attend these events and represent your brand with passion and enthusiasm.

Franchise Disclosure Document/Franchise Agreement Services. 
You should be confident that your FDD and FA are tight and leave no room for ambiguity. Additionally, registration states (in the US) have become increasingly demanding in their approval processes. Our legal experts can review your documents and advise you on ways to improve them and/or make them easier to get approved. We can also help you with Area Developer or Master Franchise FDDs if you don't already have those. 

Outside of the U.S., other countries may have their own requirements. Our experts will work with in-country counsel to streamline foreign approvals.

Public Relations. 
You want people to know you exist and the exciting things that are happening with you. This is where Public Relations comes into play. We work with the top PR firms that will help you increase brand awareness for future franchisees, supplement your marketing efforts, develop a loyal fan base, and drive social media awareness and growth.

Whether it's your disclosure documents, agreements, or filings, you can rest assured that you will receive the highest quality service. Additionally, if you have an interest in expanding internationally, we will also work with counsel local to your desired location(s) to ensure quality.



Web Design and Social Media. 
A website doesn't have to be extremely expensive to be effective. We work with some of the largest names in the industry to help you on the design of your website, digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), site hosting, and maintenance & management. Additionally, partners can advise or assist in building and maintaining an awesome social media presence, through which you will be presented as a subject matter expert in your field and gain credibility, as well as followers and connections.


Operations & Training Manuals. 
Whether you're just starting to franchise or have been franchising for years, we want to help you build the best set of tools to ensure not only the success of your franchisees, but also a lightened load on your operations and training teams. Your manuals should serve as a "plug and play" resource that can help avoid many of those late-night calls and concerned emails. We have great partners who focus on making your manuals not only complete and easy to navigate, but also enjoyable.
